The festival returns on November 21-23, spanning the Fremont Street Experience and the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC). Operating hours are 5:00 PM until 1:00 AM.

Yes! Neon City Festival is completely free to attend — no ticket required. Just bring your crew, good vibes, and a love for live music in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas.

Neon City Festival is an all-ages experience! Everyone’s welcome to join the fun. Please note that some participating properties and venues may have a 21+ entry policy, so plan accordingly.

Neon City Festival was founded by the LVCVA, Derek Stevens (Circa Resort & Casino, Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, the D Las Vegas), Boyd Corp. (Fremont Hotel & Casino, The California Hotel Casino, Main Street Station), Terry Caudill (Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel – Hotel Apache  & Four Queens Hotel & Casino ), Chris Latil (Golden Nugget Las Vegas), Jonathan Jossel (Plaza Hotel & Casino), Blake Sartini (The STRAT), El Cortez Hotel & Casino, Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, and the Fremont Street Experience.

Think art, energy, and endless photo ops. The festival brings together live music, interactive art installations, epic 3D visuals on Viva Vision (the world’s largest video screen), fireworks, and plenty of surprises around every corner.

You’ll find nonstop music and performances across four main stages throughout Downtown Las Vegas: the Main Street Stage, 1st Street Stage, 3rd Street Stage, and the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. Each one brings its own unique vibe and lineup — so make sure to explore them all!

Fremont Street Experience (FSE) Entry Points:

• 4th Street & Fremont
• 3rd North between FSE & Ogden Ave.
• Fremont & Casino Center

• Through any partner casino

Downtown Las Vegas Events Center Entry Points:

• South 3rd Street & East Carson Ave.

To keep everyone safe and the party running smoothly:

• Metal detectors and bag checks will be in place
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• Report suspicious activity to DLVEC Security: 702-449-2237
• Emergency exits are clearly marked with signs and orange flags

Pack light! Only the following bags are allowed inside:

• Clear bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″
• One-gallon freezer bag or clear tote (up to 12″ x 12″)
• Small clutch bag (max 4.5″ x 6.5″)

Rideshare drop-off/pick-up zones are located at:

• Garage Mahal
• the D Las Vegas (main entrance)
• South 4th Street & Fremont Street
• North 1st Street & Ogden Avenue

Parking is available nearby:

• Circa Resort & Casino / the D Las Vegas Valet: $25
• the D Self-Parking: $6 per hour
• Garage Mahal Self-Parking:
  • 0-3 Hours – $25
  • 3-5 Hours – $35
  • 5+ Hours – $45
  • Lost Ticket Fee – $50

Yes, plan ahead for limited access in Downtown:

• 3rd Street (Carson to Bridger): Nov. 20-24, reopening at 6:00 AM
• Bridger Avenue (3rd to Casino Center): Nov. 20-24, reopening at 6:00 AM
• 4th Street: Western lane closed (Carson to Ogden)
• Casino Center Boulevard (Carson to Ogden): Closed 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Friday-Sunday

For everyone’s safety, please leave these at home:

Glass or aluminum containers, coolers, backpacks, large bags, outside alcohol, chairs, strollers, wagons, amplified sound devices, signs, weapons (real or fake), marijuana, pets (except service animals), outside food/drinks, costume masks, and club colors. Totems and similar items may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.

Trained staff and medics will be on-site and ready to help.
