The festival returns on November 21-23, spanning the Fremont Street Experience and the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC). Operating hours are 5:00 PM until 1:00 AM.

Neon City Festival is an all-ages experience! Everyone’s welcome to join the fun. Please note that some participating properties and venues may have a 21+ entry policy, so plan accordingly.

What kind of experiences can I expect?

The festival brings together live music, art installations, epic 3D visuals on The Canopy (the world’s largest video screen), fireworks, and even a Neon Market presented by ISI at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center.

What are the entry and security guidelines?

To keep everyone safe and the party running smoothly:

  • Metal detectors and bag checks will be in place
  • Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Report suspicious activity to DLVEC Security: 702-449-2237 and FSE Security: 702-818-0338
  • Emergency exits are clearly marked with signs and orange flags

What is the bag policy?

Pack light! Only the following bags are allowed inside:

  • Clear bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • One-gallon freezer bag or clear tote (up to 12″ x 12″)
  • Small clutch bag (max 4.5″ x 6.5″)

Will there be road closures?

Yes, plan ahead for limited access in Downtown:

  • 3rd Street (Carson to Bridger): Nov. 20-24, reopening at 6:00 AM
  • Bridger Avenue (3rd to Casino Center): Nov. 20-24, reopening at 6:00 AM
  • 4th Street: Western lane closed (Carson to Ogden)
  • Casino Center Boulevard (Carson to Ogden): Closed 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Friday-Sunday

What items are prohibited?

For everyone’s safety, please leave these at home:

Glass or aluminum containers, coolers, backpacks, large bags, outside alcohol, chairs, strollers, wagons, amplified sound devices, signs, weapons (real or fake), marijuana, pets (except service animals), outside food/drinks, costume masks, and club colors. Totems and similar items may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.
